  Loved the room. (Room 202). When you went in the room door there was a living room area with 2 arm chairs, coffee table, fire place, TV, and an eating table with 2 chairs. Off that room was a small kitchen - the basics tea/coffee and ample storage. Next room was the bedroom. This was quite big with a very big comfy bed. Then off that was the bathr... vad folk säger » oom. Very bright and clean with a very deep bath. Loads of hot water. I liked the fact the room was very warm as it was -1 outside. I didn't avail o - Excellent value. I was worried about all the reports on noise, but it didn't bother me at all. It is fairly clear that it is going to be noisy anyway. Anyone complaining about this has been warned by other reviews and by the hotel's own website. It is ideal for anyone on a budget. Drinks were 2.50 at the bar and a large selection of meals from 6euro. If you prefer to be part of the party this place is great for you.

My room was huge, containing a large double and two single beds, this was not an 'upgrade', I had paid for a non refundable room in advance. Staff all friendly and very helpful, in particular the girl who checked me in, didn't get her name, but she's off to Ibiza on holiday shortly! Lovely courtyard out back with waitress service (food and drink) and where smoking is permitted. Highly recommended.

  I recently stayed at Abigail's for 3 days with my wife and 4 year son. Abigail's located at heart of the city close to restaurants, shopping, bars and pick-up points for most tours. Staff is very friends. Breakfast consisting of break, butter, jam, coffee, yoghurt, eggs, milk and cereals is included. Free wi-fi is included though it was very weak... vad folk säger » in the room I was staying in on 3rd floor. On the flip side, there are no fans or AC in the rooms and it can get bit noisy in the nights especially f - I was there for two days. I really liked the location of this place. Walking distance to almost every other place. The staff are really friendly and nice,ready to help. The security there is also high. The place is very clean too. I was at some other hostel to see a friend and trust me,it wasn't half as nice as Abigail's. It was the first statement I made immediately I could manage to. All in all, it is a very very nice place to stay. Plus,breakfast was very good.

  The hostel lived up to my expectations. The staff is young and friendly.   Very good hostel experiece. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The atmosphere was congenial and collegiate among the hostellers. The individual room that I stayed was clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom/shower facilities showed some wear but were generally clean and in good condition.   They let us check in early and were very friendly. The two-bedroom was plenty of space for a group of 2 couples. The location is right by the shopping area and a short walk to Temple Bar, but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Daily housekeeping brought fresh towels, which was unexpected.   I liked everything about this place . I stayed with my 11year old daughter as we were goin to the o2. It's on d luas line only 1 min away. It had a really cool feel to the place.   Location was the only reason we decided on this hotel and it was really worth it. We never used any transport except of tour buses - evetything is a short wack far (quays, Temple bar, the Trinity college). We went to Powerscourt by a tour bus -five minutes from the hotel.Breakfasts are really great.In the room you hav - The location was extremely convenient to major Dublin sites. It was very quiet at night (I stayed previously in the Temple Bar area and the revelry at night made it impossible to sleep). Breakfast was excellent.
