  My sister and I stayed for five days in this lovely comfortable home of a very frinedly lady, food and detail to our every need was given. Just enough distance from the town which was just a short straight drive from the beautiful town of Killarney, a most enjoyable holiday. Ann was very friendly and helpful; the room was lovely with a view over fields at the back and the en-suite was perfectly clean.   We stayed in the self contained apartment adjoining the house and were greeted with tea and biscuits on arrival. Joan and her helpers couldn't be more welcoming and easy going. The place was both spotless and comfy in equal measures. Joan is very kind,very good to give advice and treat everyone like special guest. We got bigger room with king bed. Room was cleaned everyday. Breakfast very nice. Very happy with location.   We're just back from only 1 night's stay at this fabulous country house. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a welcome from Conor, who immediately guessed who we were before we even introduced ourselves! It seemed like he was eagerly awaiting our arrival!.
