  - the stuff is very friendly, we get the impression that they do their job with passion - the localisation is great: 3min to the central bus station, 1min from the street with shops, 2min from the old town, 5min to the harbor, 15min to the beach - the breakfast was great, a wide choice and everything was very good - good value price/quality - very... vad folk säger » clean and nice rooms - Staff was friendly and helped us with any questions we had. Close to the bus station so convenient as we went to the Samaria gorge the next morning. We left at 7 am and so the staff made sure to have the breakfast ready for us. Really close to old town and the harbour (5 minutes walk). Not a luxury hotel but clean.

  VERY romantic rooms! Atmosphere in the rooms were definitely made with love and you can feel it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They are ready to fulfill all you wishes to make you happy. And also very open and ready to talk or give advise about Crete. The whole impression left the best memories after the trip.   The staff was extremely nice. They booked a taxi to the airport for us for a very good price and they recommended us good restaurants and places to visit. The location of the hotel is also perfect, close to the city center but far away from the noise.   The apartments were lovely, a welcome change from hotels. There was plenty of space, bathroom lovely and cooking hob worked fine. Plenty of parking. Walk into Chania takes about half an hour, and beach only five minutes away. Our ferry to Crete was delayed by more than two hours so we were a bit worried, as the booking info said check-in was only ... vad folk säger » open until 10.30pm. When we called up to explain, they assured us there'd.be someone at the bar until late, and when we were further delayed they stay - We added the half-board option and were spoilt by the chef and restaurant crew. Excellent food with good variations of international cuisine and Greek specialties. The hotel offers a cozy, familiar atmosphere. The location offers quick and easy acess to the major roads if you want to explore the Island by car. Easy to acess the City center of Chania by bus, taxi or car or just to take a walk along the beach.

  I've came back from Royal Sun hotel few days ago. We spent there whole week, and if I will be ever back in Chania I will choose this same hotel one more time :).   The Nefeli hotel is clean and was roomy for a two person stay. Very convenient location if you plan on using bus travel around Crete, 50m away. My friend left his cable at the hotel and we contacted them if it was there. They found the cable and mailed it to his address for free.   I have discovered Chania to be a beautiful city, with old town streets to explore, myriad shops and restaurants around a charming harbour. I have also discovered this to be a jewel of a hotel residing about ten metres away from the harbour front. The Belmondo hotel is small and personal, each room is different, all had character, felt like a rare luxury in the perfect loca - The staff without exception could not do enough to make our stay perfect. Our room was not what I expected and I was told they were fully booked. After 3 nights I checked on letsbookhotel.com and discovered they had a suite available and we were moved. I think it was a misunderstanding and they very kindly did not charge us for the upgrade. I would highly recommend an upgrade to a 'suite' a large room with two sofas.
