I've came back from Royal Sun hotel few days ago. We spent there whole week, and if I will be ever back in Chania I will choose this same hotel one more time :). Wonderful staff. Wife had dental problem and Anastasia quickly arranged visit to her doctor, who was not expensive by North American standards. Superb location near port and old Venetian fort. Good restaurants nearby- within easy walking distance. Breakfast very good. Excellent value.

I admit this hotel does not look that good at all on this website from the pictures, but trust me, actually rooms were very decent!!!!!!
The male hotel owner/stuff was so helpful, told us the actual good restaurant in town away from the ones that just want money from tourist, told us shops to go to, place to visit!

It was our last stop after islandhopping for a month in Greece. We were taking the flight back home from Chania the next day. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and it had a pool. The builidning is from the 90is but it is modernlooking with nice and clean

Close to City Center of Chania where you have plenty of restaurants and animation;
very nice little hotel with large room in a very beautifull and green area with a hudge swimming pool. Perfect to go to the best beaches in west Creta but you will need to rent a car to give full potential to your holidays ! Staff is really super and trying to help you always !

The Villa was great. Our suite was really spacious and nicely furnished. The owner and her assistant were really nice giving us lots of tips for the area and recommending some great restaurants. As there are not many suites at the premises some days we had the pool to ourselves and the privacy was great. Breakfast was also excellent -

Nice little garden and a beautiful pool with a spring board - enough to make the stay really enjoyable for our two children. All in all we loved it!

Comfortable room with balcony providing all the necessary facilities from flat iron to air conditioner, great staff (Nikos is a perfect guy giving useful information and open to help), a lot of tavernas and cafes around the hotel, walking distance to old harbour...highly recommended! -

Theo the owner was welcoming , carried our bags in and offered any help we needed. The room had a balcony with light, parasol and 2 chairs and table which made a great relaxing retreat. Air con worked well and was quiet. Good shower and always hot. The room was great value for money. Would certainly use again. -

Great location - right in the centre of Chania's old town. Beautiful old house. Our room was small but clean, thoughtfully furnished and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and were happy to help with our plans; they warned us against the poor value tourist hot-spots and gave suggestions for better places to eat and drink. -
