  The room was really nice, it had a couch, refrigerator and everything we would need. The price was very reasonable. The location was great: a couple of minutes from down town Aspen, with plenty of parking and near by running trails. The staff was very friendly.   We stayed here for our summer wedding. Very helpful concierge, bellman and front desk staff! We were immediately given what felt like special treatment, but I think all of their guests are treated like royalty. Beautiful room and view of Aspen Mountain. Even though it is located in a more quiet area next to the mountain, we still were able to walk everywhere. Privacy, view - It is a wonderful place to stay in Aspen. We were there one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We travelled with another couple and it was convenient for us to all stay in this spacious condo. We had an upgrade on our reservation and enjoyed the furnishings, art work and well stocked kitchen. The beds wee comfy with very nice linens.

  Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my mistake), with a full hotel. - Good location but that's about it.

  This was our fourth visit to Aspen but the first time to stay there. This trraditional, historical and luxury hotel is one of best ones in the States, I believe. Not only the room we stayed but the common area are so nice! Condo location worked out as I did not have to take mom outside more than a couple of feet to the hot tubs that worked. It all worked out, even tho several pools were not available.   We had some car trouble and it was looking like we were going to be stranded in Craig!! The hotels maintenance man was a life saver. He came back after his shift with tools and helped us fix the truck. I am blown away by his generosity and kindness! - staff was helpful, considerate, accurate and efficient.
