The room was really nice, it had a couch, refrigerator and everything we would need. The price was very reasonable. Incredibly friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, location wonderful just steps from the ski lift with free shuttles to the other 3 mountains, room very spacious, free shuttle to Aspen, free breakfast, easy access from room to slope, hotel food great, plus food at nearby Bumps very good.

Merchants in village treated us great. Staff is excellent and very
friendly. Went out of way to accommodate us showing up a day early (my

All requests were taken care of promptly. Staff was friendly. Condo was beautiful. Condo location worked out as I did not have to take mom outside more than a couple of feet to the hot tubs that worked. It all worked out, even tho several pools were not available. Mom was happy. -

The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are well finished. The hotel is well-located in town, near all the shops and amenities in Manitou Springs. We stayed in a studio and found it to have everything we needed and plenty of space. I didn't try out the heated toilet seat though. Dinner in the hotel restaurant is to be recommended. The food is

The hotel is excellent. It is a bit expensive with add on charges (just
tell me the price and don't hand me a bunch of service fees that are
nothing more than a higher price for the room disguised as tips for the
staff-I am pretty sure the staff never see a penny of the service fees).
This hotel is really clean, quiet, has an excellent staff and an
excellent restaurant(s).

The breakfast was the best I have ever had at a hotel. Free drinks at the reception until 7:30PM. Pool and Jacuzzi. Business suite was large and well appointed.
