Incredibly friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, location wonderful just steps from the ski lift with free shuttles to the other 3 mountains, room very spacious, free shuttle to Aspen, free breakfast, easy access from room to slope, hotel food great, plus food at nearby Bumps very good.

It is a wonderful place to stay in Aspen. We were there one night and wish we could have stayed longer. We travelled with another couple and it was convenient for us to all stay in this spacious condo. We had an upgrade on our reservation and enjoyed the furnishings, art work and well stocked kitchen. The beds wee comfy with very nice linens.

This was our fourth visit to Aspen but the first time to stay there. This trraditional, historical and luxury hotel is one of best ones in the States, I believe. Not only the room we stayed but the common area are so nice! We would definitely stay in this hotel again if we could have another chance to visit Aspen. -

Several things: the excellent service; the offer of an even cheaper price, the socalled Manager's Special; the outstanding breakfast; the convenient location of the very friendly diner next door - the beds were comfee,and staff were helpfull

All requests were taken care of promptly. Staff was friendly. Condo was beautiful. Condo location worked out as I did not have to take mom outside more than a couple of feet to the hot tubs that worked. It all worked out, even tho several pools were not available. Mom was happy. -

We had some car trouble and it was looking like we were going to be stranded in Craig!! The hotels maintenance man was a life saver. He came back after his shift with tools and helped us fix the truck. I am blown away by his generosity and kindness! -
