Hey, the key pick-up was Cheltenham! I used to live there and had forgotten how nice it was. Old school mammers and full of charm. Apartment was just as described by Suzanne and fully equiped. The only problem was getting the grill to work - never had one before that only works when the door is closed! - Great location and so much more pleasant

Surprisingly large room. Comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Beefeater restaurant had excellent quality food, good choices and excellent service. Overall good value. The bathroom was impeccably clean and the whole building looked well cared for. The countryside location would be very attractive in Spring and summer. Plenty of parking. -

The hotel was nice and modern and we received a good welcome on our arrival. Good parking facilities and the bar was also a nice surprise! We walked into the town centre during the day (approx. 10 mins), however, a taxi was necessary during the evening. We were absolutely delighted with everything about the Hotel. Room and en-suite facilities were very good. Food was excellent and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. Very impressed. - the hotel, was exactly what we wanted. was situated well on high street, but not at all noisy. nice

This hotel was advertised as a 3 star but it could be mistaken for a 5 star. The food in the 2 AA rosette restaurant was superb and quite reasonably priced, the staff were excellent could not help you enough their service made us feel very special, we stayed in the winter and it was very cosy having drinks in the lounge with a real log fire roaring

I found the hotel clean and comfortable. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Good food at the whittle Inn. I will stay at the Hotel again in the future. -
Clean tidy, good breakfast with all you can eat and plenty of choice. Close to many shops including Tesco extra and subway. Very close to Motorway.

It was the ideal location as I was attending my friend's wedding at Thornbury Golf club, just down the road. It was also a very big room.
The pub was lovely too, we only had breakfast there but the building itself was lovely and the service was good. -

its is nicely situated on the east of Cheltenham ideally for walkers and business people. The staff are nice and friendly you get a good welcome and the owners will greet you when you arrive or see you off when you leave.
The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean there`s a few little added touches in every room.

This welcoming hotel just outside Cheltenham is on a quiet section of the A40, with views across the garden to the hills beyond. You can easily get into Cheltenham by bus and there are lots of walks in the surrounding countryside. The hotel has a conservatory, bar and restaurant (which we didn't try but the menu looked attractive). There are plenty of books and newspapers if you prefer to stay indoors.
