  The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very homely and welcoming. Our room was lovely and large with plenty of room in the hallway for our cot.   We found the staff to be extremely friendly and a credit to the hotel.the ambience was brilliant with a nice aspect with a grand view across the Cotswolds carry on the good work - You were not rushed for breakfast or to vacate the room. The views were excellent and the facilities at the hotel were great.

  Self catering apartments were good as usual- some improvements noticeable eg outdoor table and chairs for relaxing on the deck, door wedges provided. All the usual niceties too like plenty of tea and coffee, toiletries, water and fruit in the gym, towels provided in th pool area etc - The high quality of the apartment was superb.
