we found the hotel staff really friendly and catered to all our needs. Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this.
