we found the hotel staff really friendly and catered to all our needs. Great location, suited us as we were on a business trip and being so near the train station meant we could get to all our meetings. We were a bit worried when we booked it for two reasons. the hotel was very comfortable and was handy for what we were there for . We were going to the theatre and a meal the hotel was vey handy for this. Staff were very friendly - gave us advice about where to go out, ensured that everything was ok. Hotel is in a great location, very central, bar and restuarant very nice as well. - Warm welcome, very relaxing. Food excellent. good choice on menu. nice atmosphere.

Very big rooms!!!! So you have a lot of space for your luggage etc. You can really feel and see that this is a brand new hotel. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return! PS, they don't have a car park, but it is not a problem as they have a lot of vey cheap parking facilities just around the corner.

This was our first visit to Scotland and we could not have had a more phenomenal start. The front desk staff were wonderful and welcoming. Ross and AJ who staffed the concierge desk while we were there were outstanding. We neglected to complete a VIP card for these two gentlemen and should have. We were a little frazzled as we got lost entering Glasgow and Ross was helpful, provided directions to parking, looked after our bags and assisted with ideas for how best to see Glasgow. AJ directed

When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11

Great location. We only had a short stay in Glasgow unfortunately (1
night), but this hotel was one of the most comfortable we stayed in
during our two-week trip through the uk. A very pleasant and friendly
staff member greeted us on arrival and assisted us with the automated
check-in process. We were very happy with the room - quiet, comfortable,
clean and spacious, with a great view across Glasgow from the 14th
floor. Excellent sound insulation - very solid.
