  After reading some reviews I was a little worried about staying here but please don't let the bad reviews put you off. My stay was wonderful. Easy to find, the receptionist who greeted us was polite, and helped us pay for our parking.   Centrally located, it offers good value for money. The room was clean and a decent size with everything you would need to hand. The hotel was quiet and despite being close to Sauchiehall Street, was not bothered by any street noise. Breakfast was just right, not too much, not too small, and with quick and efficient service.   Fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. Lovely quirky building. The staff and the owner were extremely helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They accommodated us with a vegan breakfast and helped to organise the parking even after we checked out. Excellent - All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Atmosphere very welcoming. Hot water available all the time, fresh towels daily and room cleaned thoroughly. Super breakfast. Internet access, couldn't have asked for more, really enjoyed our stay.
