  It was my first time to visit Italy. My girlfriend and were looking to have a romantic getaway. We were surprised by the size of the rooms, they are much bigger than the pictures.   Very good location for someone arriving with a late flight at Pisa airport. The stuff of B&B Gate 52 was very helpful. Mr. Rocco was waiting for me and the baby at the airport even it was after midnight and this helped me a lot. The room was nice and clean, and the toilet clean and always available. It's quite handy in a short walking distance from the airport. We arrived in a rainy day so we had to take the bus from the airport to the hotel and there was bus stops near the hotel. Besides, it takes about 12 minutes walk to the central train station.

Toilet was on the corridor, but we had no problems using it. Everything is really clean, the staff is friendly. Nice breakfast, not much but a good start for the day. The hotel is really close to the train station Pisa Centrale, this being the most important aspect for us.

  Wonderful! We have stayed in a lot of hotels/B and B's in Europe and this was the best of all!! The staff was wonderful! No question was too big or small. We had a baby and 4 year old with us, and they were great with them. They put an extra twin and a crib in our room and we still had tons of room! Definitely a rarity in Europe. My daughter and I began our trip by flying into Pisa, staying at the Hotel Bologna, and then traveling south to meet up with friends. The entire staff at the Hotel went above and beyond the call of duty. I was so impressed by the whole experience. I recommend without reservation.

The bar was great, the bartender always ensured we had snacks to eat with our drinks. Morning breakfast was great, servers were always there to fill your coffee pot.   My husband was born in San rassore a left turn out of the hotel. We stayed in two other hotels when we first returned to Italy and they were terrible for American accustomed to a level of luxury comfort and sevice. We watched the Abitalia hotel being built and have been very pleased with out stays over the last two years.
