The room is in a very old building in the central street that leads to the pisa tower.Decorated in unique way. Really nice place to stay and Katerina the owner is very friendly and ready to help with everything. Nice breakfast included also!For the price is a no brainer!

Very good location for someone arriving with a late flight at Pisa airport. The stuff of B&B Gate 52 was very helpful. The hotel is clean. Facilities are good. The best thing is location. It's quite handy in a short walking distance from the airport. We arrived in a rainy day so we had to take the bus from the airport to the hotel and there was bus stops near the hotel. Besides, it takes about 12 minutes walk to the central train station.

While located on the outskirts of Pisa (free parking!) there is a very good bus connection to the historic center, thus this was a very good value for money for visiting Pisa and the surroundings.
We wholeheartedly recommend the place for a city-tour in Tuscany! -

Large, clean room with shower and sink. Toilet was on the corridor, but we had no problems using it. Everything is really clean, the staff is friendly. Nice breakfast, not much but a good start for the day. The hotel is really close to the train station Pisa Centrale, this being the most important aspect for us.

Wonderful! We have stayed in a lot of hotels/B and B's in Europe and this was the best of all!! The staff was wonderful! No question was too big or small. My daughter and I began our trip by flying into Pisa, staying at the Hotel Bologna, and then traveling south to meet up with friends. The staff was outstanding. Anything I needed they provided, whether it was directions, a taxi, our a bottle of wine with glasses when the bar was closed. The bar was great, the bartender always ensured we had snacks to eat with our drinks. Morning breakfast was great, servers were always there to fill your coffee pot. I can't say enough about

About 10 mins in a cab from the airport, and another 10 mins in a cab to Leaning Tower, so ideal location. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.
