  The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door. I w - Pretty much everything was great. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was a single adult with 5 children ages 2 - 14. The proximity to the Leaning Tower and other things in Pisa was perfect. My 2 year old was able to walk the distance easily. The room was more than adequate for our needs. We stayed 2 nights, and drove in to Rome and then back. Tiring, but I looked forward to getting back to our room. Would go back again!

  The location was great opposite the railway station, however you heard no noise from the trains. The receptionist who booked us in was very friendly and accommodating and we were allowed to check in and our room was ready at 1100 hours in the morning. The room was basic, little dated but perfectly clean and the bathroom was fine. Towels/soap were ... что говорят » provided. There was 24 hour security with video cameras so felt perfectly safe. - What I liked most is that hotel was very very near to Pisa Centrali station. We didn't spend any time in locating it. Also, bus connectivity to Pisa was very good and we reach the tower in just 10 minutes. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

  This hotel was excellent for the price and only a stones throw away from the touristy bit with the tower, cathedral etc. literally 200 yards away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa. The parking is quite difficult as the area is mainly pedestrianised and would have been expensive apart ... что говорят » from the fact that the hotel will provide a 24 hr parking permit for 10 euros. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the optional breakfas - Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted. A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip. Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.

  The location was good because we travelled by train. Only 100 m from railway station! 15 min. Walk from centre. Staff friendly, very clean. Small bathroom but clean, the shower was good and even the hairdryer was working. We did not try the breakfast. For 65 eur/night it was ok. Recommendable for just a couple of nights or 1 night. - We loved the... что говорят » friendliness and the help/advice as to where to go and the location of the best pizza in Italy. Although worried about the street noise below our window, we had the best sleep ever and woke late, however, no problem, we left our bags there for the rest of the day. Thank you, we loved our brief stay in Pisa.

  It was my first time to visit Italy. My girlfriend and were looking to have a romantic getaway. We were surprised by the size of the rooms, they are much bigger than the pictures. We recommend this hotel thanks to the great service the personnel brings.   Very conveniently located from the train station - turn right when coming out of the station and the hotel is situated about 300m on the right. Blue signage above the hotel entrance. Hotel room could do with a lick of paint, but it was adequate for everything we needed and clean. We left too early for the breakfast, but the hotel proprietors ki... что говорят » ndly made us a coffee (24hr reception desk) which was appreciated. A good 20 min walk from the Pisa Tower, Cathedral and the local old town, but wa - Owner Chiara was fantastic, always amenable and helpful, bright smile, friendly, and always found the time for you. Hotel staff were unobtrusive and kept the rooms spotless. Little things like changing the towels twice and the bed once for a three night stay are things not found in some 3 & 4 star hotels. Full marks for the Moderno, a 2 star hotel, with a 4 star service and a 5 star owner. - Strategic position: walking distance from station and airport; the staff was helpful; room was clean, had AC, TV and free wi-fi. I had to stay there for one night, and take a flight the day after and I paid a small price for a room with a shared bathroom, but ended up using the bathroom by myself, as they put me in a floor where everyone else had their own en-suite. Staff is there 24-hour a day.
