  Location - so close to the tower and bars and restaurants. The gentleman on duty was great - under pressure as everyone checking in at once but very helpful and accommodating. Fans in the rooms great - made for great nights sleep. We knew there was no restaurant and wanted to eat out so that was not a problem for us.   This hotel was excellent for the price and only a stones throw away from the touristy bit with the tower, cathedral etc. literally 200 yards away. The room was clean quiet and comfortable even though it was so close to the busiest part of Pisa. The parking is quite difficult as the area is mainly pedestrianised and would have been expensive apart ... что говорят » from the fact that the hotel will provide a 24 hr parking permit for 10 euros. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the optional breakfas - Location was very close to Tower etc. and very accessible, although you cannot walk from airport or train station as one might assume by distance posted. A no-frills kind of place but for price served us very well for first and last night of our trip. Staff was TERRIFIC!!! We encountered many different staff throughout our visit and they were all very personable, most helpful and very accommodating.

  Very nice hotel just a few minutes from the cathedral complex of Pisa, in the heart of the university district, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, food shops and a bus stop served by the airport as well as a train station bus. The manager was very friendly and helpful with suggestions about things to do and places to eat. I would definitely return - All in all, had a nice stay at this hotel, the room was spacious and clean, the staff was friendly and resourceful and gave us a lot of suggestions on local authentic restaurants that are good for quality and price. Location is prime, situated in between the Pisa old town and the Leaning Tower (5-10 mins walk to each). Direct bus service runs to and from the train station/ airport just 5 minutes down the road.

  We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly. The location was perfect with a great view of the Leaning Tower of Pisa from our room. We took our 3 year old child who had her own room and loved sleeping in the bunk bed.   We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake.   I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station.
