The room that we had was of such a good standard. We originally intended
to book the Superior Room but as they only have the one, it was't
surprising that was already booked up.So we went with the normal double

A nice hotel, if you are traveling through. It was clean (except for the teacups, they were very dirty.) The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfy.The hotel is in a beautiful location. The breakfast is nice, only if you do not like a cooked breakfast, there is not much choise. There are some serial, but no bread, nor cheese/ham enz. Only jam for your toast. If they would change that, it would be perfect. We went to Beaulieu in the New Forest (very nice!), when we stayed here. Allso Portsmo

The staff welomed us with smiles even though we arrived late in the evening and the restaurant was very busy. In my booking email I said we required a cot for our baby, it was set up and ready to use as soon as we got there.

My husband and I stayed at the Three Lions with our son last week. We absolutely loved our time there. The room, location and staff are all individually faultless. And the food ....... Amazing!! Jane, who runs the Three Lions with her husband, was particularly welcoming. Looking forward to returning soon!

Was very favorably surprised, considering the price we paid we expected
something a lot less. The Hotel is in very good order, a lot of
refurbishment, new carpets, the rooms we had were immaculate, better
than Premier Inn & Travel Lodge by a long chalk. As for the last
review about thin walls, we stopped in two double rooms next to each

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful; nothing was too much trouble
Lovely food - carvery and a la carte
Rooms were clean and spacious and simply decorated with tea/ coffee making facilities
And the ironing board and iron were in the room on arrival, no need to call reception and wait - a real plus!
Plenty of parking and easy to get to
Lovely atmosphere throughout
