Great location for walking in the New Forest and The Annex is absolutely gorgeous you have your own little apartment and very spacious. The owners Karen and Chris were very welcoming and friendly and would definitely go back for another visit.

Staff were fantastic, attentive, amusing and efficient. Achieved a delightful mix of comfort, luxury and relaxation for guests. Very clean and high quality new, well-appointed accommodation, medium comfort large bed with a nice white sheets & duvet, plenty of space in the room, the fridge was a welcome extra. The bathroom facilities were very good. Close to the main attractions (10 minute walk to the main street). Plus most attractions in walking distance. They now have a blind, which seemed an issue (from another feedback) and the room is very private.

Arrived in the dark along a single track country lane. Sat nav showing me the way to packridge farm. I couldn't see a sign for the dairy but I drove up the drive with my lights on full beam and the owner came out to greet me! Phew I was in the right place!
Very welcoming, carried my bag in and up to the room 'cafe au lait' in the main farm house.

I liked how the guy did his best to help me out when I wanted to bathe my nearly 2 year old but my room didn't have a bath, he was very helpful and sorted me out with a makeshift bath!
Just a nice place all round, very clean and comfy, in a nice quiet area (only a 5 minute drive to Paulton's Park though, ideal!) My (nearly) 2 year old seemed to like it, and slept well through the night. Facilities were top notch.

Home from home. So friendly and hospitable. I felt like i'd known Christine forever. Nothing was too much trouble. The nicest breakfast I have ever had!!! Christine is very sweet and helpful, and she makes great conversation. The bed was the most comfortable one we came across in the B&Bs we tried this vacation. Includes basic TV, free WI-FI (though we had trouble getting signal upstairs), yummy, varied continental breakfast, and a very relaxed atmosphere. Thanks for the dinner recommendation!

After being in the hotel no more than a few minutes I knew that I would definitely want to stay there again. Friendly and welcoming staff and a huge room with a wonderful view of the sea. Lovely big bathroom too. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is full of character and reminded me of holidays of my childhood. It was a very welcome change from some of the.impersonal and modern hotels I have stayed in.

Very friendly atmosphere, the owners were great. The room was spotlessand wonderfully finished in tip top condition. We have never had betterservice. The Kingsley is ran by a really friendly couple. My room was lovely with a comfy bed and good quality bedding.
I had booked the wrong room by mistake and wanted an en suite so they were happy to get another room ready for me at 7pm.
Didn't stop for breakfast but they filled my coffee thermos with great fresh black coffee!
Will be booking again!
