Having stayed at the hotel before the refurb and enjoyed it the new look is excellent. Comfy and modern we very much enjoyed our stay, leisure facillities better then most gyms, excellent food in both the pub area and more formal resturant. I am not usually a fan of Holiday Inn's, but this one is exceptional. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and modern, the WiFi isnt expensive, the food is good, and the breakfast is very tasty,.The location is first class. The only fault i can find is that bed is a bit to firm for me, but thats because i have a very soft bed at home. This hote

The location is very good, near the boat museum which is well worth a visit and also the boat trip excursion. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a nice relaxing feeling about it. The three course evening meal deal was good value for money. There is also the use of a gym and sauna.

My husband and I do not have any complaints about this hotel. Staff are very friendly/helpful, cleanliness is excellent, peaceful atmosphere and the breakfast was first class. We would certainly stay at the Holiday Inn in the future and recommend it to anyone. -

The staff were the most friendly and helpful staff in any hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was good, reasonable and the staff went out of their way to provide customers with whatever they wanted if possible.

My new Wife and I chose this hotel as our hotel break after our wedding and we were not disappointed. The hotel was lovely, the staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast in the morning was delicious! our stay there has given us lovely memories of our wedding day. highly recommended by me and my wife.

We booked the breakfast (first time for us we usually eat out) because we had a business meeting on the Monday morning.
I would THOROUGHLY recommend this and will more than likely take advantage of these in the future.
Whether you like the "full monty" or just a nice light breakfast - absolutely lovely.

The hotel is central to the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, I liked the small but comfortable lobby area, where my daughter and I met a friend for a drink; the bedroom and ensuite bathroom were smart and very comfortable and clean. Breakfast the next morning was well organised and very good. The whole package made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I have since told family and friends that if they ever think of visiting Chester, they must stay in the Premier Inn.
