In area with work, second time have stayed here now, perfectly located both for Irlam and Warrington.
Reception staff are welcoming and efficient. This time, even a small mix up with double booking sorted out perfectly.
The suite that I was in was a great size, comfortable and well stocked with enough for a short trip.

Rooms were lovely, spacious and really comfortable and had hot drink
making facilities. We were there for a wedding and the setting is
beautiful. Even in this horrible cold, snowy weather the gardens
were really well kept. After the bar closed we were allowed to sit
in the lounge area and talk so bar staff also great! I'd love to
go here again.

The welcome on arrival and also the ability to email the owner beforehand to check certain details and arrange to have breakfast early which was well cooked to our specification. The whole house was beautifully clean and fresh. We also had access to a guest lounge which proved useful. Very relaxing. We would not hesitate o book again.

The staff were friendly, informative and very accommodating. It was a really pleasant atmosphere and a lovely location. Also we had dinner on Saturday which started a little late as we were a large group and the restaurant was quite full - we got to dessert and the waiter made it for us as the chef had finished for the day - superb service and more than could be expected.

The rooms were very clean and user friendly. They had obviously recently been refurbished as were the bathrooms. The shower was huge - very luxurious.
