Amazing facilities and the restaurant food is fantastic, the best Yorkshire steak i had in my life so far! The rooms are really nice. It has gone through an recent uplift and you can see it was a quick job in the finishing but you get over it as at the end of the day, it light years from any bandb. I am not usually a fan of Holiday Inn's, but this one is exceptional. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and modern, the WiFi isnt expensive, the food is good, and the breakfast is very tasty,.The location is first class. The only fault i can find is that bed is a bit to firm for me, but thats because i have a very soft bed at home. This hote

The location is very good, near the boat museum which is well worth a visit and also the boat trip excursion. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a nice relaxing feeling about it. The three course evening meal deal was good value for money. There is also the use of a gym and sauna.

Certainly a hotel to romance your partner for that special occasion. The Ciro restaurant was superb!! I liked the thought that had gone into the decor creating the right atmosphere and ambience.

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.

I have attended BSI training course. In my leisure time, I was in leisure club, which was execellent. The food was also good. The conference facilities was brilliant!!!! - No request was any trouble the staff were outstanding and ready toassist in any way possible. We stayed as a Wedding party
