Comfy and modern we very much enjoyed our stay, leisure facillities better then most gyms, excellent food in both the pub area and more formal resturant. the staff were exceptional, as one of our party of eight has coeliac disease, but not a problem to them, even down to breakfast on sun morning, she was well catered for, thoughtful and freindly personel - Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Very clean room, requested a quiet room and was given a very quiet room overlooking the car park. Check-in and out was very easy. Good value for money for a weekend stay. As I only slept there and didn't have any meals it is not appropriate for me to comment on any other aspect.

The service from arrival to departure was outstanding, staff were very friendly, helpful, nothing was too much trouble - we were made to feel really special. The room was spotless, the super king size bed was blissfully comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location and easy to find. This was 5-star luxury at a very reasonable rate. -

Fridge in room for own use and provision of fresh milk for hot drinks. Staff very friendly and down to earth while being professional at all times. Very comfortable bed and pillows. the executive suite was spacious and clean and good value for money
the breakfast was lovely enough variety and very quick service
the location was easy to get to and was far enough from the centre and traffic so it wasn't noisy but close enough that it was cheap in taxi to the centre
didn't eat in the actual restaurant but looked very nice and drink prices from the bar were reasonable
loved that they let us extend our room for 2hrs for £1

I am not usually a fan of Holiday Inn's, but this one is exceptional. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean and modern, the WiFi isnt expensive, the food is good, and the breakfast is very tasty,.The location is first class. The location is very good, near the boat museum which is well worth a visit and also the boat trip excursion. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had a nice relaxing feeling about it. The three course evening meal deal was good value for money. There is also the use of a gym and sauna.

My husband and I do not have any complaints about this hotel. Staff are very friendly/helpful, cleanliness is excellent, peaceful atmosphere and the breakfast was first class. We would certainly stay at the Holiday Inn in the future and recommend it to anyone. -

The staff were the most friendly and helpful staff in any hotel we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in hotels all over the world. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The food in the restaurant was good, reasonable and the staff went out of their way to provide customers with whatever they wanted if possible.

We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.
