Very nice family hotel.
We felt worm and cozy. The family room, that we ordered was comfortable. At the morning we have got exellent breakfast.
I would like to mention especialiy the worm service, we received in hotel. -

I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. The location is easy to find, yet tranquil and off the beaten track.
The building is handsome with Lovely gardens and parking right at the front door.
The rooms are very very comfortable with every thoughtful convenience laid on, and of course spotlessly clean. I was so grateful for the nice deep bath, complete with smellies, fluffy towels and candles, and a comfy bed with gorgeous soft cotton bedding after our walk up 'the' mountain...

The staff were fantastic, from check in to departure, from room maid to restaurant staff, polite, friendly and helpfull. We also had our dog Marmite with us and they could not have made him more welcome, dog bowls in the room and setting special area in the restuarant and for breakfast.

Absolutley everything. Alan and Ian were welcoming, beyond helpful. They made us feel very at home and their attention to detail, warmth and their personal touch changed what could have been a lovely weekend into a fabulous one!! - The hosts, Alan and Ian, were extremely friendly and made you feel at homeimmediately. This was a lovely hotel in an excellent location, just a two-minute walk away from the Great Orme tram station and within a short walking distance of both shores and amenities. The hotel was very well presented with beautiful décor throughout. The bedroom and en suite was very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was made and cooked to perfection with plenty of choice. The hotel provided evening menu and bar service in very clean and spacious reception rooms.

This is a friendly,welcoming family-run hotel. Our room had been recently refurbished and redecorated to a modern, high standard. We loved staying at Castle Hill. The owners are lovely people and the cottage we stayed in was spacious, beautifully decorated, quiet. The main house is gorgeous, the views beautiful and the historical remains of Denbigh castle and Robert Dudley's cathedral fascinating.

Beautiful hotel , rooms amazing, staff could not have been anymore helpful, food was lovely even down to them making me something different than on the menu because I am a fussy eater . Definitely will be going back again . -
