Closely situtated near to the beachfront, shops, bars and restaurants. We were met by the owner who was a very friendly man. The hotel was lovely and clean and very nicely presented. We were shown to our room which was a lovely double bed.( My husband had booked this for me so I did not have to stay in our house while plumbers were working there). We only stayed one night unfortunately but everything was wonderful. The room was very clean. Beautiful large bathroom with roll top bath and large shower. Best of all its a very quiet location and also theres no noise from other rooms. We were in Rioja and didn't hear the plumbing in the other bathrooms- a particular bugbear of mine.
Book well ahead for meals as they were fully booked so we weren't able to eat there. Breakfast was ample with normal choices and a very large pot of tea. The coup

The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

Absolutley everything. Alan and Ian were welcoming, beyond helpful. They made us feel very at home and their attention to detail, warmth and their personal touch changed what could have been a lovely weekend into a fabulous one!! - The hosts, Alan and Ian, were extremely friendly and made you feel at homeimmediately. The staff were fantastic, from check in to departure, from room maid to restaurant staff, polite, friendly and helpfull. We also had our dog Marmite with us and they could not have made him more welcome, dog bowls in the room and setting special area in the restuarant and for breakfast.

We did not ask for it but were allocated a room for the disabled. As my husband is 80 and has disabilities and I am under 5' tall, this was ideal and we shall definitely ask for the disabled room in future. The reception staff were friendly and helpful; the room was comfortable and clean - we could not ask for more. -

The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped with Molton Brown toiletries which is always a bonus. Nice corner bath too.
A few of us dined in the restaurant Sunday. Food very good as was the extensive wine list. The staff and owner were very friendly so will definitely return again.
