Absolutely first class on every level. We travel extensively and some of the 5* hotels could seriously learn a thing or two from the Customer Service here; very relaxed but nothing too much trouble. The cabin was extremely well equipped with everything we needed and the Davies family are wonderful and welcoming. The views from the cabin are breath taking and the river gives it a certain charm. We loved popping out for walks to explore the countryside and the kids enjoyed every minute. The hot tub is amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here! Will definitely return in warmer weather!!

I was suprised to have a hot tub in the room that was a good treat. The beds where very comftable and the food was really good quality and very tasty! We will be staying there again. - everything is wonderful, the location, the room, the facilities and the staffs. we would definitely be going back to visit llandudno and stay at this lovely hotel.

I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. The hotel was described in it's brochure as 'Luxury on the River Dee'...and it certainly was that! Our room was large, clean and had a balcony with fantastic views overlooking the river. I would definitely recommend booking one of the VIP rooms for the extra £20 or so. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful and
