We enjoyed our stay it was very good value for money,our room was nice and the beds were very comfortable. the staff were pleasant and helpful when we asked for directions. - I chose the hotel as it was close to my business destination. It was a comfortable environment for a lone traveller to have a meal and relax or catch up with business.

i had made a mistake on booking our rooms and left our young daughter off the booking i only realised the day before arrival, the staff were fantastic and bent over backwards to accomadate us, nothing was to much trouble, just wanted to also add the we were very impressed with the evening meal and huge breakfast!!!!!!! - amazing breakfast thank you

I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. We loved everything about the hotel. The owner was very friendly and helpful and it was the most dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was clean, comfy and spacious enough for our dog. Although the hotel was full, there was no noise, in fact we thought it was quite empty. the car park is small but there is plenty of parking on the road next to the hotel. We will definitely return.
