The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very well decorated and comfortable and the price was excellent. Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. The staff could not be have been nicer. - I was only there for one night arriving in the evening and then off in the morning so didn't get enough time to spend using the hotel facilities. However the new conservatory and food there was good value and comfortable. The newly refurbished room(s) are tastefully done and facilities excellent.
