I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly. hotel trop vieux et mal situe - The Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very well decorated and comfortable and the price was excellent. We would definately like to stay there again. - Friendly atmosphere, staff were very attentive, rooms and meal choice were excellent. Rooms were of the right standard for the traveller.

Location... not far from Queen Street station by taxi and as we were going to a concert in the SECC being able to walk via the walkway was a huge benefit. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty. The staff could not be have been nicer. - I was only there for one night arriving in the evening and then off in the morning so didn't get enough time to spend using the hotel facilities. However the new conservatory and food there was good value and comfortable. The newly refurbished room(s) are tastefully done and facilities excellent.

very close to the city centre,close to theatre and concert venues,also reception got us tickets face value for concert,also left phone charger but was sent to us with no fuss excellent service - This overnight stay was a gift for Anniversary for relatives. Friendly staff excellent facilities for children, would be worth the hotel advertising a bit more of what they have available a great family hotel.
