The staff went out of their way for you, polite, friendly and knowledgable. The room excellent, the bed incredible and considering proximity to airport ( on site ) no noise at all. I really couldn't reccomend this hotel enough! I have stayed in 5* hotels but this actually surpassed service and my family had the best nights sleep in a hotel!

Very clean, modern and in good decoration.
Spacious even for a family of 4.
Receptionist was helpful and efficient.
Sofa bed was sturdy, comfortable and did not creak.
Restaurant had a good variety of food on offer at a reasonable price and staff friendly and efficient.
Break fast had a good variety on offer to cater for all tastes and was delicious.

The food was excellent and the price! £48 room only but they looked after our Mazda6 while we went on a cruise. The car parking was included in the price...bargain. - It suited our purpose,was comfortable,convenient and friendly.No problems everything went smoothly.

I was there for my retirement party, arrangements were taken care of by 2 collegues, food was excellent, staff very friendly. I am sorry to know the Watermill is under threat. It is one of very few hotels in Paisley. It is comfortable and friendly and the room clean and fresh. The location by the river was a real bonus. Effort to sustain and improve would turn this from Good hotel to a very good one. It has my vote of confidence -

Very convenient location for flying out of Glasgow airport, I emailed the hotel requesting a quiet family room and this has been done for us. Great choice of tv channels, tea and coffee facilities, lovely bathroom, everything extremely clean. We'll definitely stay again if flying from Glasgow. -

The Abbey Inn was a great price per night and that included a fab breakfast. The Staff were all very friendly and helpful, even before we left the country they were advising me via email about buses and taxis etc. The busy bar downstairs was comfortable and the food was excellent. -

Room was quiet, as I asked. Staff very helpful & polite. Room very large. Continental breakfast offered a huge and varied selection of items, far too much! Was told to help myself to any amount of free coffee or tea as I waited in the TV lounge area, waiting to be collected by a friend. Much better than having to sit in my room. Very enjoyab

Superb value for money (especially airport stay/park deals).
Almost on a par with a Premier Inn.
Friendly/helpful staff. Excellent location next motorway (Loch Lomond 30 mins. away)and Braehead shopping & Entertainment facilities. Will return later this year.

the hotel was lovely everything we could have asked for, i especially liked the ladies only parking spaces made me feel safer, recommended it to all our cheerleading friends as we enjoyed our stay and for the closeness to the Breahead arena. The Breakfasts are also worth the money. - This is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in for a long time -
