  The Abbey Inn was a great price per night and that included a fab breakfast. The Staff were all very friendly and helpful, even before we left the country they were advising me via email about buses and taxis etc. The busy bar downstairs was comfortable and the food was excellent. - A really good 'value for money' hotel.   What I liked most was the hotel owners' hospitality. I really felt at home during my stay. The eggs, bacon and potato scones cooked by Cathy were superb.   Excellent value for money. This Hotel had all the atmosphere of good hotels of twenty or thirty years ago. Great attention to detail, attentive and courteous staff, pleasant and comfortable facilities. Large, very comfortable rooms, with all the details for comfort and relaxation seen to. Excellent value in bar food in the evening ( I can only... co mówią ludzie » assume the restaurant is even better !) and the breakfast is as good as you'll get anywhere in Glasgow !! The management of this hotel should be prou - The comfort of the hotel which had a lovely warm feeling the minute you enter the front door. Food is of a high standard and had a well presented breakfast both mornings. Unfortunately we didn't have dinner this stay as we were going friends in their home but have dined in the evenings on previous stays and enjoyed an excellent dinner at a very reasonable price. Just love staying here.

  As soon as we drew up at the front door we knew we had chosen wisely. The warm welcome from Gordon, the location - close to the university made the Georgian House a perfect place to stay.
