The hotel has a perfect locacion, it's realy in the super center. We haven't use transport, because it was possible to walk by foot to any place. It's very clian and lovely inside, I really like the design of the room. We had 2 balcons in the room, so it was possible to regulate temperature, because central heating work very well. I'm a single female on a budget and this was a great find in Madrid- a great alternative to staying in a hostal. Location was walking distance to all the main areas. I only had to take the metro to/from the airport. The place is family run and they stay right on property. The owner was very helpful. He did not speak English, but we were able communicate anyway.

The location was excellent 1 minute walk away from the centre.Very clean,aer conditioned, staff so friendly and accommodating. Also we travelled with a baby and there was a lift which was great as we had the buggy.

It is a very comfortable apartment style hotel with full kitchen. The office is right down stairs. The administrative people are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city, convenient to tour bus, shopping, sightseeing, groery stores.The price is reasonable for family with kids. All are perfect. -

The central location was ideal for us as we had no car. It was in a quiet street plus double glazing kept out the noise.

The location is great, clean lovely rooms at the 4th floor. Staff always pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Reserve a room at the 4th floor facing the back large patio. Otherwise rooms facing Calle Cruz are very noisy until 5:00 AM mainly on weekends. We would certainly return. - How clean the room was, the price of the room
