The hotel has a perfect locacion, it's realy in the super center. We haven't use transport, because it was possible to walk by foot to any place. It's very clian and lovely inside, I really like the design of the room. We had 2 balcons in the room, so it was possible to regulate temperature, because central heating work very well. The owners are a very nice couple, who are ready to help in any case. There is a small kitchen in the hotel, it's very useful. wszystkie opinie »
I'm a single female on a budget and this was a great find in Madrid- a great alternative to staying in a hostal. Location was walking distance to all the main areas. I only had to take the metro to/from the airport. The place is family run and they stay right on property. The owner was very helpful. He did not speak English, but we were able communicate anyway.
Great budget accommodation. Totally value for money. The rooms were of a good size and the hotel is in a fantastic central location. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location is very good.
The only thing, that could be better is a size of a shower cabin, which was realy small in our room (but it's not a big problem). As a lot of people go out at night, it's a little bit noisy, but it should be in any hotel in the center.
The side street the hotel is on is a little sketchy at night, but is thankfully only a few feet away from Via Gran so you don't have to walk down it far.
staff does not speak English, but once you get past the language barrier they are quite helpful.
