  The location was excellent 1 minute walk away from the centre.Very clean,aer conditioned, staff so friendly and accommodating. Also we travelled with a baby and there was a lift which was great as we had the buggy.

  The central location was ideal for us as we had no car. It was in a quiet street plus double glazing kept out the noise. The newly tiled bathroom was clean and the shower had excellent pressure!   It is a very comfortable apartment style hotel with full kitchen. The office is right down stairs. The administrative people are very nice and helpful. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city, convenient to tour bus, shopping, sightseeing, groery stores.The price is reasonable for family with kids.   The hotel has a perfect locacion, it's realy in the super center. We haven't use transport, because it was possible to walk by foot to any place. It's very clian and lovely inside, I really like the design of the room. We had 2 balcons in the room, so it was possible to regulate temperature, because central heating work very well. The owners are a... wat mensen zeggen » very nice couple, who are ready to help in any case. There is a small kitchen in the hotel, it's very useful. - I'm a single female on a budget and this was a great find in Madrid- a great alternative to staying in a hostal. Location was walking distance to all the main areas. I only had to take the metro to/from the airport. The place is family run and they stay right on property. The owner was very helpful. He did not speak English, but we were able communicate anyway.
