We arrived at midnight and the lady who greeted us at reception was very friendly - Comfort, warm welcome, very clean and very cute decoration. i appreciated the books available to read, the warm in the room...i was there for a concert so it was the perfect hotel and made my stay and weekend in Madrid PERFECT.
