  I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. We will return for sure, in large part because each member of staff we encountered went out of his/her way to be courteous a - The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.

  Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing. Loads to do in the vicinity. Bought an 'Adventure Pass' to 'Behind the Falls', 'Niagara Fury', 'White Water Walk' and of course, the 'Maid of the Mist' boat ride to the heart of the falls. I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.

It was our first time in Niagara Falls; were there on vacation celebrating our 6th wedding anniversary! The bathroom (with jacuzzi tub!) was huge, the sunroom patio was such a nice place to relax and read, and the king size bed was super comfortable. David was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was also fantastic. The walk down to the Falls and other attractions (casino, Clifton Hill, Skylon, etc) was less than 10 minutes.   Heather was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the eggs benedict perfect! We stayed in the Windsor room which was like walking into a luxurious hideaway! The room was absolutely perfect with a 4 poster bed, massive sitting area and a spa bath. What more could you want! We would have loved to have stayed there longer!!! - The Bedham B&B is in a great location, the room was clean and parking is free. We received plenty of towels and 2 robes. There is also a fireplace in every room. The host was wonderful and cooked an amazing breakfast. The dinning room has multiple tables. You do not have to dine with strangers. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
