The warmest of greetings from the very helpful and accommodating staff.
Mathieu graciously carried all our luggage to our third floor room and
smiled the entire way ( poor man). The room was spectacular, so much so
we did not even want to leave to go out for dinner. Loved the spa bath
and late checkout. On checkout, our car had a flat tyre but the

We loved our loft, it was beautifully decorated and had all the ammenities of home! After arriving, we realized that we could have entertained friends right there instead of going out for dinner...with the red brick walls, hardwood floors, leather couches and one of the most comfortable beds in the world, we now know where we will stay everytime we are in Montreal!!

The hotel gave us a very nice clean, large room and large bathroom. It was a front room, first floor and perfect for us. We think that the staff was friendly. Breakfast room with gallery was lovely. Breakfast itself was delicious. We loved their home made croissant! The servers were attentive. Richard gave good recommendations where to go.

Lovely rooms, quiet, clean,great breakfast room, excellent staff. Excellent Everything including: location - very close to Cartier Ave with restaurants (especially Graffiti,) bars (especially Jules and Jim, delis etc....also easy walk down Grande Allee to the Old City of Quebec, museums, Plains of Abraham (aka The Battlefield)

A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too. LOVED IT!! - The staff were very helpful with any requests and the buffet breakfast was delicious with great fresh choices.

We were received by the owner of the hotel. He is very kind and give us all the info to visit and eat in Baie St .Paul. The room was really clean and the bad are big and confortable. -

lovely room!!! so spacious. Great breakfast, lots of choices, lots of healthy options which you don't always find on the road! Location was great for us - good neighbourhood and easy to get to where we wanted to go. Front desk staff was super. free wifi. -

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice.

After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within
very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the
big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent,
within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town,
cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

The hotel is new and very nice. It was a little hard to find. The museum is wonderful. They do have a restaurant with a very unique menu! We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were excellent and reasonably priced. We enjoyed sitting out on the decks overlooking Lac Sable and later swimming there.(Beach access included in the price of the room) -
Everything was really good! The food was excellent, the facility was not crowded.
