My husband and I stayed here for two nights (July 13-15). It was as if we were staying with family and I mean that in a very good way. Emina and Ferid, the couple that owns this property were extremely friendly and great hosts. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was amazing. I do not think I have ever eaten such a big breakfast anywhere else. We had many choices and prepared from scratch. You had the option to eat in the cute garden or in the comfortable dining area. The staff was very accommodating. They upgraded our room to a much
bigger suite with a living room and answered our request to have a
jacuzzi. The breakfast at the door is an amazing experience, except that
our friends didn't get theirs because they had a "Do not
disturb" sign on their door. Free parking. The ag restaurant was
really well-priced and excellent. Great services there.

We're here for the holiday and are very pleased with our
accommodations and our stay. We have the Jr suite w/ the Jacuzzi in
the room and we're really happy w/ our room - clean, cozy and

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and tub. As well as how everything was
centrally located. We also liked that we had a newspaper to great us
both mornings of our stay. Our Previous stay we never received one, so
this was a nice touch and something to look forward to after breakfast.
Also, it was nice to come back to a freshly made up bed and our belongings rearranged.

This was our first time visiting Niagara Falls and this was a great place to stay. Convenient location. Just a 10 minute walk to the Falls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Amy at the front desk was awesome! The room was big, very clean, and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! -

Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front
desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I
arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room
with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The
hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet
a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but
there are plenty of alternatives close by.

Stunning!! The room was of the highest quality and overlooked the falls which are truly exceptional, awe inspiring and mesmerizing.

Best hotel ever! It is worth the money even though there are many other options available within the city. Staff very friendly and helpful! I had a problem with my bills but the manager resolved it quickly! They've got their reputation. The view from 21st floor is amazing!! Can't get any better! I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Niagara fall for my next trip!! The location is perfect! Maybe the best in the city.

The owner was helpful, and very accommodating. He even picked us up at the Coach bus depot. The beds were comfortable, the room was quite spacious, and the hotel was in a very quiet area. When we were going to present our online confirmation papers to the front desk clerk she was rather abrupt and said she didn't need the paper just our I.D. She was a little too short with us which I didn't find very professional.

Falls view was exactly what you would want. Bruce was especially
sensitive to our handicapped sister's needs and upgraded our room.
The staff was helpful and gave us useful info and service. Facility was
