  Heather was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the eggs benedict perfect! We stayed in the Windsor room which was like walking into a luxurious hideaway! The room was absolutely perfect with a 4 poster bed, massive sitting area and a spa bath. What more could you want! We would have loved to have stayed there longer!!! - The Bedham B&B is in a great location, the room was clean and parking is free. We received plenty of towels and 2 robes. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

David was wonderful, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was also fantastic. The walk down to the Falls and other attractions (casino, Clifton Hill, Skylon, etc) was less than 10 minutes. We will - Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.

  The hotel staff was extremely courteous - more so than many other hotels we have stayed at. The water park was also a big draw. - You can't go wrong with Best Western especially when you're travelling with kids!! The staff are very nice!!

They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.
