  Our trip to the Ash Grove House was wonderful, the staff was helpful and extremely friendly. They went out of their way to help us and make our stay wonderful. It was easy to find, had parking, warm greeting, very nice room, comfy beds, easy walk into Galway and the sites with information provided by the manager. We are two girlfriends travelling and felt very safe. Breakfast was delicious...we actually booked because of the other comments on the pancakes and they did not disappoint . The salmon and eggs were divine as well. Great choice.

I loved the location - I have had too many visits to Galway recently where I've been stuck in hotels or guesthouses on the edge of town and had to battle through the notorious Galway traffic jams.   I had mistakenly booked the wrong date online. However the staff were fantastic about it and simply changed the reservation. Very large, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast in the Morning was nice and clean (not too greasy) and once again the staff were friendly and helpful.
