  Nestled on a side street in Temple Bar, our family of 3 had to walk to the top floor. Fortunately, the small, lobby had a luggage storage closet, where we could leave our suitcases for the night. The room was modest but adequate and clean, with full en suite facilities. The desk staff was accommodating and very friendly. Because of the very narrow walk-up for a triple, this would be a - I found the staff very professional , friendly and courteous at all times including the night porters. It was very good value and the rooms very cosy and warm with no noise of traffic or night clubbers from the street. While at reception I observed that some of the people checking in had stayed in the hotel several times a very good indication of any business when the customer / client does repeat business.

  This hotel was incredible. I stayed in the Oscar Wilde suite. The attention to detail was beyond compare. This establishment thought of everything, right down to the chocolates. Very small,boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. It was quiet, even though it was in the heart of the Temple Bar area. Could not ask for a better location. I do have one request please, a bat - personnalized service - convenience of location . large room . I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .

  fantastic location. within walking distance of so many things even when it rained. i would definately recommend Eliza Lodge and would definately stay there again. wonderful breakfast with great service. - The location was fantastic and meant no cabs at the end of the night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were really helpful.

Despite earlier comments WiFi worked great (we stayed at the Essex Street penthouse, it might be different for other apartments).   Arrived after a long journey was made immediately welcome by door man and reception -reallly could not have been more helpful. Was upgraded on check in to a superb suite with terrace overlooking city and river -just superb . Real quality Hotel with some really nice touches-breakfast freshly cooked and superb.   Just loved everything. staff more than helpfull. I was so impressed that I got the names of the 3 people on reception, they were Chris, Slava, Maggie and the staff in the bar couldnt be more helpful. we were there as we were taking part in the ladies mini marathon. we got top class attention from apsolutely everyone we met. This hotel is perfect if you want to be right smack in Temple Bar, you don't mind the sound of drunken laughter until all hours of the night and/or you are a heavy sleeper.   One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel. The location is super with being right in the centre of Dublin but also nice and quiet at night. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The purple and white colour scheme was very much to my taste and the ability to dim the lighting was a lovely additio - Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient.
