I found the staff very professional , friendly and courteous at all times including the night porters. It was very good value and the rooms very cosy and warm with no noise of traffic or night clubbers from the street. While at reception I observed that some of the people checking in had stayed in the hotel several times a very good indication of any business when the customer / client does repeat business.

This hotel was incredible. I stayed in the Oscar Wilde suite. The attention to detail was beyond compare. This establishment thought of everything, right down to the chocolates. I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .

fantastic location. within walking distance of so many things even when it rained. i would definately recommend Eliza Lodge and would definately stay there again. wonderful breakfast with great service. - The location was fantastic and meant no cabs at the end of the night. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were really helpful.

Excellent location (right in Temple Bar), pretty new building, good
price / quality ratio. Despite earlier comments WiFi worked great
(we stayed at the Essex Street penthouse, it might be different for
other apartments). The Hostel staff is really helpful and helped us with
directions, some hints, solved efficiently the problems reported. -

Arrived after a long journey was made immediately welcome by door man and reception -reallly could not have been more helpful. Was upgraded on check in to a superb suite with terrace overlooking city and river -just superb . Real quality Hotel with some really nice touches-breakfast freshly cooked and superb. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was a nice size, and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. This hotel is perfect if you want to be right smack in Temple Bar, you don't mind the sound of drunken laughter until all hours of the night and/or you are a heavy sleeper. Stayed for 5 nights on July 2013. I had great experience. The location couldn't be more central, just 2 minutes walk from Temple Bar and 5 minutes from Dublin Castle. The rooms are very large and very well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. The facilities are very modern but the interior designing is pleasant and warm. Breakfast contains wide selection of fresh products. The staff was friendly, outreaching and very efficient. They provided a lot of accurate information about the city
