Rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. All in all great value for money -

The hotel was fabulous, everything was clean and the staff were veryfriendly and helpful. Taxi's were available within minutes (receptionordered them for us and they arrived right outside the door) and it wasonly a short spin into the city centre. - The reception staff were so courteous and helpful, I could not fault anything about the hotel, well

The whole ambienceof the Hotel appealed to me, I really enjoyed a bite to eat and a few drinks in the bar, I thought it was very cosy and comfortable. - The friendliness of staff,the very good menu,and a very competative bar price.

The hotel staff were excellent throughout our stay and we were able to check in early, before 12, into a large spacious room. The food quality was very good as were the prices. The hotel is only a short walk from the main shopping street in Cork and the surrounding area was quiet. The leisure facilities are good although the locker area needs an up

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived slightly early for check-in and was received with apologies because the room wasn't quite ready and offered coffee while I waited. I was quite impressed by this because in my past experience all I received was a rude look and reminder of the check-in time. I was very impressed with everything

The location of the Imperial Hotel is great for getting out and about in Cork. Nearby are so many bars and fabulous restaurants. The Escape Spa in the hotel is superb - you must give it a try! - The room felt very comfartable and was very stylish.Staff was very helpfull.
