The landlady, Bernie, was very friendly and helpful. Her suggestions about places to visit made our holiday all the more special. She was very attentive. She makes a tasty breakfast, try the pancakes. The room was comfortable, light and homely with a view of the lovely garden. It's on the outskirts of Galway so access to both the city and the mountains is really straight forward. I'd definitely go back.

They Kinlay was excellent! I've stayed at many hostels, and this was tops. It was clean, easy to move around in, centrally located to much of the sights of Galway, and easily put us in touch with a great free walking tour of Galway. Facilities were clean. Printing is free. Breakfast is decent - cereal, toast, or museli, with coffee and tea. Hot water just fine. Either bathroom connected to your room or large shared bathroom. Maria and Norbert are nice and helpful.

Wonderful hospitality in an extremely clean and well-cared-for house, situated close to the beach promenade.
The rooms are spacious, sleep is nice and quiet due to the location and the connection to all major roads is easy to reach.
We especially enjoyed the custom-made breakfast that was prepared freshly after each person's wishes and the contact with Paddy, the owner, was highly appreciated.
I would highly recommend this wonderful, clean and nice-priced house for a stay in Galway!

Everything. It was easy to find, had parking, warm greeting, very nice
room, comfy beds, easy walk into Galway and the sites with information
provided by the manager. We are two girlfriends travelling and felt very
safe. Breakfast was delicious...we actually booked because of the other
comments on the pancakes and they did not disappoint . The salmon and
