  Firstly the location is ideal for a city break, walking distance to all the top restaurants and pubs. The hotel staff both in hotel and bar were the one of the best I have experienced in my travels. I loved the location - I have had too many visits to Galway recently where I've been stuck in hotels or guesthouses on the edge of town and had to battle through the notorious Galway traffic jams.   The staff were amazing, so friendly and really helpful running up to the weekend we were staying there. Eamonn was helpful and gave us good advice on where to in Galway. The rooms were spacious and clean, very comfortable and the location was excellent. It was just off Eyre Square so everything was a stones throw away. It was our only accommodation in Ireland that provided everything as promised, with a central location to boot. Chris and Eamonn at the front desk were both fantastically polite and helpful.
