Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Cynthia, front desk, was understanding about leaving our pet for the first time alone. Convenient location, comfortable room, quiet, pleasant and helpful front desk staff. The hotel met my needs as I stayed only briefly. If I was planning to stay longer or had small children with me, I would have wanted to have a car, as the hotel is situated in a high traffic, fairly remote location for a pedestrian/bus rider. -

Staff was very accomodating!! Had a mix up with booking (requiring 2 queen beds not one) but they fixed it right away and with no extra charge! Very impressed with staff!! Good breakfast! -
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edmonton. It was quite close to West Edmonton Mall as well

Your booking company didn't get the reservation to the hotel before we arrived. We had to settle for a downgraded room because of your companies inability to promptly deliver the reservation. The hotel was great, you however, were not. -

Booked online and got a wonderfully low rate. The staff was like dealing with your own family (without the snide remarks :) The rooms were clean and comfortable. I was only there for one night so I didn't spend much time there. They do have a decent gym room, though I didn't get to try it out.

I'm in my 40's and have never stayed at a hostel. Honestly
thought I would "have to make the best of it" but wanted to
try a new experience. Staff were very helpful and I met tons of friendly
folks to chat and spend the evening with. I would actually chose this
option in the future vs. Staying in a hotel if I'm by myself. Next
time I'd bring along a bottle of wine to share in the common room!
