  Staff was very accomodating!! Had a mix up with booking (requiring 2 queen beds not one) but they fixed it right away and with no extra charge! Very impressed with staff!! Good breakfast! - The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Edmonton.   Location was very convenient for my purpose as it is near to the Misericordia Hospital where my husband was having surgery. Also close to WEM where I could spend time when my husband was in the O.R. - Breakfast was great- it was nice to have a full complimentary breakfast, not just continental!

  I like the ambiance it's very accommodating from staff down to the facilities that the hostel offered. I like the room it's nice and clean and also the bathroom it was well maintained. The kitchen is nice and also the living room. I like the location also it is accessible to any shops, resta - I'm in my 40's and have never stayed at a hostel. Honestly thought I would "have to make the best of it" but wanted to try a new experience. Staff were very helpful and I met tons of friendly folks to chat and spend the evening with. I would actually chose this option in the future vs. Staying in a hotel if I'm by myself. Next time I'd bring along a bottle of wine to share in the common room! Great experience! :)
