Beds are clean and comfortable, its quiet. Parking with plug ins is included. The first night, there was a problem with the heat in my room (way too hot and couldn't turn it down). It was fixed by the time I returned to the room the next day. -

The staff were very friendly and went beyond the service they needed to provide us with to make our stay very special. The two dinners we ate in the hotel restaurants were excellent. Walking around inside the hotel looking at the historical decor in the different rooms made our stay even more enjoyable. -

Loved our room - very high-end! The beds were very comfortable and everything in the room was well kept and modern. Our view from the 18th floor was equally wonderful!

Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Cynthia, front desk, was understanding about leaving our pet for the first time alone. If I was planning to stay longer or had small children with me, I would have wanted to have a car, as the hotel is situated in a high traffic, fairly remote location for a pedestrian/bus rider. -

We have stayed at Best Western for many years both in Canada and USA,and for the 2nd time at Cedar Park Inn. It is a friendly place to stay. Restaurant is excellent, rooms are clean and upgrades have been notable to us both times. -

The beds were comfortable. I love Best Western pillows. There was coffee in the room and a nice sized TV. Close to lots of shopping, including the West Edmonton Mall. -
I was only here for one night so I didn't do much at the hotel, but the bed (king) was very comfortable and the room was big.

The room was large and clean. The teemperature in the room was comfortable(most hotels are to hot and it is difficult to adjust the temp.) I will use this location again

View from 24th floor is amazing. Small rooms but very cozy and clean.
