They upgraded our room for free. Location Price A/C Staff was amazing. The location. The privacy. The cleanliness. Staff friendly and quick to remedy issues. I really like it. wifi;clean. Quiet because it was further up the beach from the boardwalk. quiet, beach front, friendly people. close to the beach. Low budget.

Location was the only thing this motel had going. horrible room smells. Nothing. The tv not being a flat screen. The whirlpool jets we could barely feel. Loud outside but to be expected given location. parking was not on site. The bathroom was not acceptable at all. Painted ceramic tile peeling in the shower. Globs of caulking around bathtub. I know it was "off-season" but office not staffed so we could get towels. Couldn't keep sliding door open because someone was smoking on the shared deck all the time. Bed sheets dirty, but they changed the bed again.....rugs kinda grundy.... just the minimum for a short stay. That we were placed on the bottom floor in the back or the hotel. One lamp in room , torn screen on slideing door, Refrigerator 1 foot from bed and noisy , Loud intoxicated guest at 3 am screaning from second floor balcony and no ONe on site to deal with this After calling manager he said he would send police but this did not happen . Lost power in half the room at 6 pm. Fuse blew, no one there to reset in office. Not equipped well for cooking. Beds were like sleeping directly on box spring. The room had a whirlpool that didn't work and the wifi was terrible. Everything was packed in one room, a king size bed, a love seat the dresser, a stove, refrigerator and sink. The pictures below don't show the room we stayed in. Bathroom had a lot of mildew and broken fixtures in the tub/shower. The cabinets in the kitchenette were falling apart. Mattresses were thin and hard. Blinds on front window were missing several slats and didn't cover the window. Outrageous price for POOR accommodations. Would never recommend it. run down, old in need of repairs. There was no staff available if you needed anything, room was disgusting dirty and old, kids partying until all hours of the morning,bed was very uncomfortable, place was dumpy. everything!!it was dirty.
