Most of all we love this location. We prefer a very late season stay due to our love of peace and quiet. Roy's assures us of this. Our room has the most glorious of views and any traffic sounds are dulled by the sound of ocean waves. The room itself was immaculately clean, new towels daily and the room spotless and fresh each evening we returned from our travels around the area. I LOVE this gem of a place and plan to return every year I am able.
alle beoordelingen » Waking up to the absolutely beautiful sunrise. Listening to the crashing of the waves. It was peaceful relaxing. Located just a short distance from the Hampton Boardwalk. Nice to return to the quiet of the room after spending the day on the boardwalk. We had a family emergency in Hampton and this was everything we needed. Excellent value and location. Our next stay at this facility is hopefully in the summer when we can fully enjoy it location. Staff as top notch and very help full. I was in a panic, arrivedafter 4 but was greeted by a person, I think Kathy but not sure she was superb, very friendly right on the ball . gave me everything I needed, next time would like a lower floor as I am a bit elevator shy:(. Loved the fact that it was just across the street from the beach and ocean. We walked the beach both days. So beautiful watching the setting sun while sitting on the balcony. I will definitely come here again. Beach was directly across route 1a and our room. Sounds, view and air from the ocean filled our room with doors open. Parked cars are nearby as is food and activities. Quieter than much of the beach area. Location, recently updated rooms(granite counter top, big flat screen TV), kitchenette, safe, private balcony overlooking the ocean, magnificant view, very clean. exceptionally clean, well maintained facility. I would definitely stay there again and ave already recommended it to friends. Beach view/access, clean, very nice room, access to ESPN & ironing board. Also convenient parking. The view and ammenities for the money were good. The view of the ocean. The bed mattres was not as comfortable as I remember but this could be my own aches and pains. Otherwise, there is nothing I didn't like. Bed was a little too soft and had a dip in it. flushed the toilet , and very strong bleach smell ordor, for thelongest time but was very empressed over-all, that so much in a studio setting,. The room was really on the smaller size. But if you need more room they do have an adjoining room door. Parking is quite scarce. There is only one spot per room. Road noise was slightly noticable, but not too bad. Just wish I could afford to stay longer. No cable to conect my computer to the Internet ;(. Bed warn out extremely uncomfortable. The toilet backed up. The bed sagged to the middle so when you slept you rolled into one another. The room has cob webs in the corner by the sliding door and between the sprinkler and fire alarm, the screen was broken, and there was powder stuck all over the side of the tub. There really was no beach across from us. High tide came up to the seawall. No parking. Only one car allowed. Too far to walk to anything. Outrageous parking prices for additional auto. No room service.
