I love the service, great employees! I love how the location was in the middle of Hampton beach, legit 1 second walk away from the beach. Atlantic Sands has a convenience store, so if you run out of drinks you know where to go. The bars are not that far if your looking for a good time. I had the best time of my life at Atlantic Sands with my close friends and definitely recommend this place to everyone!.
alle beoordelingen » Location location location. Right in the middle of ocean blvd. Perfect location for walking to everything you need. The view from our balcony was beautiful. Ocean, sand and excellent people watching. We had the motorcycle parking spots directly across the street, so we got to watch all the custom Harleys all day!. Proximity to beach and parking was fantastic. There was no need to drag beach stuff back and forth to the room when we could just toss it in the car on the way. Nearby merchants were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast spot (Sharky's) was easily within walking distance. Great location right on Oceanside Blvd, but very difficult to find front door. Room was clean but tiny - very cramped. Bathroom was exceptionally clean and well-lit. Parking right across the street but difficult to get to. You can't beat the location. It was across the street from the ocean. The parking was directly across the street from the hotel, so very convenient. There was shopping and restaurants right outside the front door. It was a great location...directly across from the beach. Parking was directly across from the hotel right at the beach access entrance. Staff was very good and helped carry our bags to the top floor. Very clean, new updated everything. Location is right in the middle of everything, but still offers privacy. We had a waterfront room, the view was beautiful every morning, and the price was perfect. The staff was very cordial and accomodating. The apartment was very clean and neat in appearance. BUT, if you're there for the beach, who stays in their room except to sleep or shower?. Our only real complaint is the bed was extremely uncomfortable - mattress desperately needs to be replaced. Some other minor issues are: tv is way too small - looks like a postage stamp on the wall. Had a hard time finding our room for first time - numbering logic is backwards. Lastly, didn't like that the key drop box is accessible to anyone - keys should drop into a closed, locked compartment. The room was small, but fine for us because we spent most of the time outside. Room was pretty small and had a small bathroom. It was very difficult to locate, and the parking was particularly difficult to spot. Perhaps adding the street names, such as " take the right at N street" for parking and list the space numbers associated with the hotel, and "I Street" for the hotel. We were on the top deck (Room #16), and the noisy air conditioner from below us was rather bothersome at night. May need to be replaced. Room & shower were small. We couldn't stay longer. Not your fault. Nothing. The mattress could use replacing...it was a little sagging in the middle. They need to get better pillows... Unfriendly manager and inaccurate booking information. The problem was mitigated by bringing in a cot but the manager tried, first, to make the confusion my fault, and then to charge for the "extra" bed. The room was very small, too small for anything other than a couple. They didn't inform us on $250 hold deposit until u had booked room. The room we chose was for a overnite so it was small. Would not want room if we stayed longer we. Had no balcony. If weather bad no other place to sit and relax. Also no pool. Bedding (mattress was worn) Comforter/sheets out dated Not enough pillows. There was no parking included with the room we rent, so we had to find one. Only one parking accepts the cars overnight, and it cost us 60 $ to park there for 2 nights only!. Hard to find the front door to check in. But the front desk staff gave me a parking permit before my check in process so I could park. We didn't like that we had to leave!!!. Check-in at 3:00! Was hoping for an earlier check-in! Not that big of a deal!. Rooms were a little small. We had two rooms (one with a king and one with a queen bed) with 4 people. We couldn't sit together in either room. No available parking. The stairs! Lol but who likes stairs? And my bed was pushed so close to the wall that the plug to the refigerator was bent and not working when we arrived.. I pushed the bed out and fixed the plug and all was well.. However? Kind of a fire hazard if you ask me.. We paid for early check in. They cleaned the wrong room. But luckily it was my daughter room and she wasn't coming until later so we checked in to hers :). They need to improve their beds. They are way out dated. Bed matress was a bit hard. 1st night in econo room. My closet at home is bigger. Well, didn't happen to get a great window view, but that didn't matter much. Check out was 10:30 a little early for me. no handicap access and off street parking. no elivator, small halls I worry about fires around there. The bathroom was real small and the checkout time being 10:30 was too early. Room was a bit small. Bathroom very small. No alarm clock or phone in room. Slightly uncomfortable beds and outdated decor. Very small, like the cabin on a cruise ship. Bed and linens are dated and uncomfortable. Bathroom was small. Very small outdated rooms. ....... Parking situation. I'm sure it said somewhere in the small print that parking was not included? Staff could not tell you where to park. Not sure if we were suppose to get dropped off by airplane or what. Never heard of parking not being included when you rent a room. Drove around for hours looking for overnight parking. Bathroom spit in two. No elevator, bathroom and especially shower was so tiny, I felt claustrophoebic.
